Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Council
The Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Council is a statewide citizens group created to advise the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR ) about how well its programs and services match the needs of people with disabilities. Fifty percent of the Rehabilitation Council members are either persons with disabilities or have family members who are persons with disabilities.
The mission of the Council is to inform and advise the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, the State Board of Vocational Rehabilitation, the Legislature, and the Governor on the diverse issues affecting employment of people with disabilities.

The PaRC is looking for candidates to fill the following openings effective July 2017:
- One opening for a veteran with a disability
- Two openings for Business/Industry/Labor
- One opening for a candidate with a Sensory disability (blind or visually impaired)
